I Finished It
Finally! At exactly 2:06am, Tuesday, May 19, 2009, i finished watching the hit Korean series , "Boys Over Flowers" (Though others refer it as "Boys Before Flowers"). For a week, all i did was to watch the series. With a fast internet connection and a "normal running" browser, the series would only take about 3 to 4 days. But since I don't have that, I have to endure it for 1 week. :D
At first, I wasn't so interested at it. I think it's another Korean series that has the same story but with different characters. Well, it is. It actually has the same love story as those other Korean series. I dunno. but when i started watching the first episode, i just couldn't wait to watch the next one. I stayed up till 3am for a week just to finish the god damn series. I think it was worth it. I had fun watching it. I get to feel what the character feels. You know when a flick is good when you feel what the character feels. Just like what we guys feel when watching the movie, "THE NOTEBOOK". I bet you guys felt something with that movie. But it has no relevance nor connection with this Korean hit.
Anyway, right now, I'm glad I'm back to what we call "REALITY". I have an important comprehensive exam on Friday, May 22. And I haven't reviewed for it yet since I got to procrastinate. Well, now I won't have any other reasons to procrastinate (unless of course you invite me to a free drinking session with my friends. that maybe i could bend some rules). I'm finally getting my pin. I'm finally going to become a "CERTIFIED STUDENT NURSE" and not just a "NURSING STUDENT".

Have you ever heard of the Manga series (They made it a series in Japan), Hana Yori Dango? (Have heard of it but haven't read it yet. *i have no plans of reading it*)
Or maybe you've heard and seen of the very popular Taiwanese hit, Meteor Garden? (The first ever Asianovel to hit the Philippines. Where it all started)
Well, Boys Over Flowers or BOF (for short) is the Korean version of those mentioned above.
The series features the famous F4 Boys. The rich and spoiled kids of the richest families in Korea. Goo Jun Pyo (equivalent to Dao Ming Se), the leader of F4 and the heir of the largest conglomerate in Korea, and Jan Di (equivalent to San Chai), a simple, poor, not-so-beautiful, nameless girl are the main cast of this series. Ji Hoo (equivalent to Wa Che Lei)is a grandson of a former Korean President. He owns a cultural center and an Art Center. Just like the Taiwanese counterpart, he's the silent, weird guy who falls in love with the leading lady.
The other 2 guys are Yi Jung and Woo Bin. Yi Jung (equivalent to Xi Men) has his own story in the series. Falling in love with Jan Di's best friend, Ga Eul. He also is a well-know potter. Having their own museum of ceramics. Among the F4, only Woo Bin (equivalent to Mei Zuo) doesn't have his own story and leading lady.
Well, if you're familiar of Meteor Garden. They're almost the same. It's getting troublesome telling you all of this.
